Speaking from personal experience the staff at Valencia college in my opinion are careless, lazy, and do not care about thier students indivdualy. This is coming from someone who used to love Valencia btw. I attended Valencia college a few years ago. After being harrased by neighbors and thier friends in my old neighborhood for a year i finally got a felony case over it. On bond i was watching body camera footage of my case in the library. While i was talking to myself out of anger watching the video saying that i was going to shoot the so called victims and thier friend who they protcted along with the witnesses. I know how its stupid but some idiot happened to hear and turned it into security. Later that day tge police got me from thier house. I was so shocked and angry at the same time. What makese the most upset is tat i never got a chance to attend the student board hearing. Despite my absence they expelled me and to rub it in they even cut FASFA and tresspassed me for life guys. Valencias staff didnt even respond when i sent a ten page letter explaing what actually happened. But i got news for Valencia i will finish my college career despite Valencia's staff, the police, and my old neighbors. However im not focusing on school now because money is my priority and like they say sometimes success is the best revenge. N I live for that college is just one of my wars and im putting on hold to take on more important battles and make money also.

So solid lie. The most terrible place. On some programs connected to health care, professors try to humiliate you every other day. Your graduation totally depends on their mood. Every day you are scared you gonna be withdrawn from the program because the requirements are almost impossible to complete. They are supportive only on words, when you have an issue they make it worse and blame you for it. The teachers cover each other, it is like a mafia or evil corporation. There is no escape, keep your mouth shut or will be punished. P/S Leave hope behind who enters here

If you are not sponsored by an agency do not waste your time here if you are over age 35. Age discrimination is alive and well in this academy and law enforcement agencies throughout Florida. I busted my ass in this academy trying to keep up with my much younger classmates. And, I don't have millennial brain. I even did better than some of them and I scored high on my state exam. So, what do I get for my efforts? After applying to more than 25 agencies I was not hired. I couldn't even get a response from most of them. I was also the brunt of jokes and rude comments from some of the instructors. Things like "this is a young man's game you know" from an Orlando PD officer. So, since no one would explain why I was not hired I must conclude its good old fashioned age discrimination. If I were black and complained that it was due to race, I would get a lot more attention. Then they have the balls to complain they have vacancies to fill like Mike Shitwood. That SCUMBAG told me to stop "bitching". The real kick in the ass is they post billboards up north to recruit officers and fill vacancies. I guess what they are looking for are douchebags posting dance videos on Tik-Tok while on duty. Then they have the fucking nerve to wonder why law enforcement no longer gets any respect. They're all arrogant scumbags. That's why.
